Privacy policy

The Privacy Policy describes the principles of processing information about you, including personal data and cookies, i.e., so-called cookies.

1. General Information

This policy applies to the website operating at the URL: seezakopane.com.
The website operator and data controller is: seezakopane.com.
The operator’s contact email address: seezakopane@gmail.com.
The operator is the Administrator of your personal data with respect to data provided voluntarily on the website.
The website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling inquiries via the contact form.

The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
  • By saving cookies on users’ devices (so-called “cookies”).

2. Selected Methods of Data Protection Used by the Operator

  • Login areas and areas where personal data is entered are secured at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  • Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read it. This protects the data in the event of database theft from the server.
  • User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it is impossible to reverse it, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.
  • The website uses two-factor authentication, which adds an extra layer of protection for logging into the website.
  • The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  • To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.
  • An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which includes the regular updating of programming components.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: cyberFolks.pl.
The hosting provider ensures technical reliability by maintaining server logs. These logs may include:

  • Resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
  • The time the request was received,
  • The time the response was sent,
  • The client station’s name – identified by the HTTP protocol,
  • Information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
  • The URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the transition to the website occurred via a link,
  • Information about the user’s browser,
  • Information about the user’s IP address,
  • Diagnostic information related to the self-ordering process through forms on the website,
  • Information related to the handling of email messages sent to and from the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage

In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

  • Authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the website’s objectives,
  • Companies providing marketing services to the Administrator.

Your personal data processed by the Administrator is not retained longer than necessary for actions defined by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). Regarding marketing data, it will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • Access to your personal data,
  • Rectification,
  • Erasure,
  • Restriction of processing,
  • Data portability.

You have the right to object to processing as described in point 3.2 with regard to processing personal data for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, provided that the objection cannot be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, especially for establishing, asserting, or defending claims.

You have the right to file a complaint against the Administrator’s actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the website.

Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be conducted in relation to you to provide services as part of the concluded agreement and for the Administrator’s direct marketing purposes.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries as defined by data protection regulations. This means we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if it is provided.
The website may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
The website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the association of data in the form with the user’s email address filling out the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to process a service request or business contact, registration of services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.

6. Administrator Logs
